If I have a 50 mg vial and recon w/ 3ml bac do you think I’d need to add more bac in syringe with ghkcu dose? I’ve heard that’s a thing. To avoid the burn…?

I use 1/2 in needle, pull my dose, then pull bac water to 30units, then pin in upper glutes. No more sting. It used to feel like a yellow jacket sting for hours afterwards. It’s not fair those that don’t get it lol

Summer snack stacks and meals!

@Amanda Pudil I mixed 1lb turkey and 1lb beef for my meat and just got a bag of coleslaw mix! WS super easy! Same seasoning

Reta, 5am, Gluta, Motsc, ghkcu, Cjc/ipa, mt2 Selank and Semax as needed. I’m feeling defeated though. 6 months into Reta and my step average has completely doubled, I’m working out several times a week, tracking my food MOST days. No movement on scale or in clothes. I need to get some blood work done.

Ahk-Cu

Has anyone bought raw AHK-Cu & put it in hair serum for hair growth? If so, what serum did you get? How did you add the AHK-Cu? Is the whole bottle mixed in or does it need to be measured out?

@Libby Thomas I did the same thing- 1g of AHK into the bottle of serum. I use it nights before I wash. This is what I call Bailey’s method lol
