I know this is short notice (we’ll be better planners next year 😅), but we’re doing an easy, beginner-friendly route—about 2 miles. "I can be imperfect and still be consistent." Quitting usually isn’t about failure—it’s about avoiding the discomfort of imperfect progress. Consistency isn’t staying on the wagon. It’s getting back on. What’s one small action you can take today to make it easier for you to just hop back on? (I like to think of this as penny deposits into our health bank for compounding gains.)

Care creates safety—and safety is what allows the body to adapt, regulate, and change. Internal motivation beats shame every time. @Ingmar Mareen Yes time to unlearn all those unhelpful standards for sure. You're so right in us loving ourselves first. Simple but not necessarily easy but when we do that, we overflow into other women too!!

I did use an online estimator to estimate my daily energy needs. My reaction was relief that 1900 calories is more than I thought I would be! I plan to use this as a starting reference to support my body’s ability to recover, adapt, and function well. And I will plan to continually adjust as my needs change!
