Day 6 - I saw the loop. I almost caved one evening this week, and it was great because I could see what triggered me, what the easy button was, and how much better I felt when I took a few minutes outside and moved through the emotions.
My character is named Alia. She would walk with gratitude as soon as she wakes, give energy to the things that matter, and rest in the present when all else is done.
