"Grab a grown-up. Grab a couch. Let’s flip the script." Starting Monday, Dec 30, everything you think you know about Acro is about to change… For 5 days, you’ll be the teacher.And your grown-up?They’ll be your student. 😳 Yes. Seriously.They’re going to attempt REAL ACRO TRICKS (We’ll give you an easy version and a hard version each day — you choose.) Your job: ✅ Learn the trick ✅ Teach it to your grown-up ✅ Spot them safely ✅ Film it ✅ Post it in the group That’s it. It’s going to be: - A little chaotic - A lot hilarious - And possibly legendary Oh — and there’s a grand prize. 🎁 (And a bunch of funny bonus awards too... more on that tomorrow.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🧠 What You Need to Do Today: Pick your student. 👉 One grown-up. 👉 For the entire challenge. It can be: - Mom - Dad - Grandma - Grandpa - Strong uncle - Flexible aunt - Literally any adult who’s willing to try not to faceplant You'll need them ready to go every day next week (Dec 30 – Jan 3). Some tricks are just plain scary the first time you try them. 😅 This Partner Aerial? ... perfect example... You’re holding ONE arm. You both have to go at the exact right moment. And there’s no "halfway" version. You either go for it—or you don’t. And that’s what makes it so amazing. Because when it does work (and it will), it looks effortless. It feels like flying. But getting there? Takes trust. Timing. And a whole lot of courage. Here’s the thing: Your teacher will prepare you. They’ll drill it. They’ll spot you. But at some point… You have to just go for it! You have to decide: “I’ve trained for this. I’m ready.” And GO. Yes, it’s a little scary. But that moment - the leap? That’s where growth lives. If you’ve been feeling nervous about going for a new skill, especially a really hard one: That’s normal. Nerves mean you care. But they don’t mean you’re not ready. So breathe. Trust your training. Trust your teacher. And when the moment comes… Go for it. 💥
