Recovery update
Im starting to be able to move my arm a more freely but cant do any diving or physical contact yet, but showing good signs of a quick recovery ❤️🩹

Sorry i know i already posted this video but can someone that has a strong point in penalties tell me if this is a good technique for penaltys?

@Xavier Stark i start behind the line so i have a few steps and then dive before the line to make sure it will count

@Thomas Vermeulen i start behind the line by a few steps and while the taker is running up i go forward and dive forward from behind the line to make sure it will count
