Does anyone else feel like this? I've been there and probably I'll go through it again😬 But... what helps me get out of it? Well... Overthinking and overwhelm happens because there's an overload of information out there So many people are sharing their own strategies, methods, tools, etc. And we struggle to evaluate and make the best choice. Also, when we start, we are told that we have to create a program, speak with people, create content, learn how to make content, learn funnels, create funnels and lead magnets, post ads, run challenges, be active every day with comments and posts and dms...😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 And on top of that we have to be human beings and do life as well... good luck with that... So... how do I deal with this? To put it simple... it's about NOT doing things rather than doing things I stop doing all the unnecessary things that are slowing me down. Yes, I want to grow my business fast, but by doing million things it won't move faster... I like clarity and steps. So I made myself a Do and Don't Do graphic where I can see clearly what I should focus on and what I have to avoid in this moment of my business. But I'm sure that there are many other ways to deal with this. How are you guys dealing with these moments? What works for you and what have you tried and didn't work? 👀😁

This is a real question though... We all speak about business growth... but... what does it actually mean to you? When you say that you want to grow your business, do you mean: - more clients - more money - more staff members - more traffic - more conversations - sell your service in more countries - etc. etc. etc. Why am I asking this? Because just like everyone else, we learn terms from people ahead of us, we get used with these terms, and then we are using them without even being clear on what we are doing... and we struggle to track our progress and results. For example, if for me, someone who just started 2 months ago, my definition of business growth = revenue, and that's what I am tracking only.... then I will be extremely disappointed when I don't see my bank account growing... and completely disregarding the fact that I have 20 new members in my community, which one day can all become paying members (which is still part of business growth). What is your view on this "business growth" term?

Guys, I currently have a community of 40 people. I post almost every day and upload content consistently. What am I missing to start generating leads?
