Today’s a moment to recognise all the incredible women out there who show up every single day for the people they love. The mums holding families together. The mums juggling a hundred things at once. The mums who are exhausted but still keep going. The mums who care, guide, support and protect. What you do matters more than you probably realise. And for anyone who finds today a little complicated or emotional, that’s okay too. You’re seen. To all the amazing women out there today we appreciate you. 🌸

Weekend Vibes Check-In
What’s the one thing you genuinely love doing at the weekend? Not the things you should be doing… Not the long to-do list… Just the thing that makes your brain go “Ahhh… this feels good.” Maybe it’s: ☕ slow coffee in the morning 🏃‍♂️ some exercise gym, run, bike, yoga 🌳 getting outside for a walk 🧘‍♂️ something mindful breathing, stretching, quiet time 🎮 gaming 📚 reading 🎧 music or podcasts 🛠 building or creating something 😴 doing absolutely nothing For ADHD brains especially, those little pockets of enjoyment and regulation really matter. ADHD Sunday = doing loads… just not what you planned 😭 Today I’ve personally achieved: ☕ Made a brew… reheated it 3 times… still forgot to drink it 🧽 Cleaned one very specific area like I’m expecting a surprise inspection 📱 Researched a brand-new hobby I’m definitely starting (for 2 days) 🧠 Designed a completely new life plan while staring out the window 🛒 Filled an online basket… didn’t check out 🍫 Rewarded myself for being “busy” 📦 Moved something from one room to another for absolutely no reason 🔍 Picked up my phone with purpose… forgot the purpose 🧺 Started tidying… found something nostalgic… disappeared for 40 minutes 🚶‍♂️ Walked into a room confident… walked out confused 📺 Put a show on… scrolled instead… no idea what happened 🍪 Went for one snack… formed a small buffet Productivity: chaotic neutral Effort: Olympic level Mental tabs open: 74 Alright ADHDreamers… Be honest 👇 Let me know yours 🙌

“☕ Made a brew… reheated it 3 times… still forgot to drink it“ That is so me! The times I find my cup in the microwave when I try to heat up another cup because I can’t find the other half finished one 🤣 I just can’t seem to finish 1 complete task🥺

On the espresso thing… I actually don’t like Italian food too much, it’s like in 4th place 🤫 please keep it a secret in this community😅 My favorites are Thai, Indian and Lebanese 😭
