Not feeling comfortable with these unanswered questions right now.

If a client has these questions about hair color when filling out the ink fingerprint card, how do you respond? What hair color goes on the fingerprint card? A. Is it the color that's on their head? B. Is it the color that's specified on their ID? B1. What if it is an ID that does not specify hair color? C. Is it their natural hair color even if their hair is dyed? Or is it the color you can see? D. What if their hair is more than 1 color? D1. Hair is dyed more than 1 color, what do you put? D2. Hair was naturally 1 color but is turning grey...so its one color on the bottom and another color on top...what do you put? E. Is there a code for bald if they have no hair? E1. If they are not naturally bald but they shave their head (because they are headed that way), do you still put a hair color? Not trying to complicate this...but ya'll know some customer going to ask! Thanks!

Hello, I am finally getting through the Google Business Profile Module of the training video and getting my listing fixed up. In the video it stated there was a link with a folder with photos we were allowed to download and use in our Google Business Profile. I don't see a link. @Brandon Edwards can you help please?
