Pete Vargas from Grant Cardone's 10x Stages talks about the difference between OPS & OWN, Other People Stages, and your OWN stages. He argues that it doesn't matter if you are getting paid to speak, because you should have the ability to inspire or produce income from the stage, or both. Day 11 is about making a decision. OPS (Other People’s Stages) or OWN (Your Own Stage), and the difference is simple: OPS is borrowed authority, OWN is built authority. We aren’t done with the challenges… I’m bouncing back from a lil surgery.
