OMG it’s possible… I made a $16K Month!!
What a time to be alive! The Month of June + July 1st: 2 Double Closes and 4 Stack Method deals funded and Closed with my own funds! 🚀 A lot of hard work and perseverance got me to where I am now. A lot of people didn’t believe in me, was not welcomed to join in rooms with others who have been successful and was told I couldn’t make this business work because I’m a Mom of 2 babies under 5yrs old with a W2. I dealt with a lot of disappointments and mindset setbacks, but I kept 👏 on👏 going👏 I funded $878,772.41 of my own funds and made a profit of $16,395.85!!!!!! I am so so grateful for God, my husband, and the handful of folks that believed & supported me (you know who you are 😉). THANK YOU! 🙏 Looking forward to keeping the momentum! 🔥

Hugeeeeee Congrats Mandy! You are awesome.
I Graduated from Phase I!
Just wrapped up Phase I of the Real Quick Funds Funding Hub. 👊🏼 The biggest shift for me wasn't learning new funding products. It was learning to think like a funder instead of just someone looking at deals. A few things that really clicked: ✅ Every deal has to fit the Funding Box. Not every deal deserves funding. ✅ Protecting capital comes before speed, and speed comes before profit. ✅ The real work happens long before money moves. Contracts, title, HUDs, timelines, and verification all matter. ✅ Confidence doesn't come from memorizing every scenario. It comes from understanding the process and taking action. My background is in construction project management, so I found myself seeing a lot of similarities. Every successful project starts with planning, sequencing, communication, and managing risk. Transactional funding is no different. Now it's time for Phase II... finding deals. I'm looking forward to connecting with more wholesalers, investors, and creative finance operators. Onward. 👊🏼 -Josh

New Member Saying Hello
👋 New Member Intro Jeff Hollyhand Tuscaloosa, AL How long have you been involved in real estate or funding? I’ve tried a lot of different things in real estate over the past 25 years but embarrassingly, I never stuck with any of them. They were more like side gigs that I was dabbling in (as I worked my full-time career as a Firefighter). Now that I am retired, I hope to find one thing that fits my personality and focus on it. One thing you’re excited to learn or improve: How the escrow agreement between the lender/funder and the escrow company is actually drafted and fully secured (before funds are wired). I know that’s really specific, but it’s what jumped in my head as I was thinking about this question. Favorite non-work hobby: Keeps changing over the years. Fun one: Early bird or night owl That also keeps changing. Lately night owl 🌙 Glad to be here and ready to dig into the training! 😀

Welcome Jeff!
I Graduated from Phase I 🎓
I learned to recognize the criteria for fundable deals, the logic behind the funding box and why certain eals are declined.
