Stack Funding Theoretical Scenario
Hi Guys! Me and my charts again! Is this a correct scenario for Stack Funding? In this case, the seller agrees to carry the 100k downpayment but the bank that is lending the DSCR Loan requires the 100k to seat at escrow before the loan is wired.

Echo Funding Theoretical Scenario
The Last One, guys. Please bear with me! Is This a correct Echo Method? Also, while I was looking at this I started to wonder: What exactly is the difference between Echo and Stack funding? The only difference from what I've heard is that Echo gets done on the same day while Stack funding might take one more day. Also, Echo will likely be used in Wholesaler to End-Buyer transactions (or B to C transactions, where the wholesaler has already closed the A to B part (Seller to Wholesaler)). Please Help!

Thank you @Terrance Howard and @Paul Brown ! Just to recycle what you guys explained, please correct me if I'm wrong: The main difference is where the original Seller ends up. In Stack funding, the original seller (A to B) stays attached because he is carrying (seller finance). In Echo, the original seller gets their cash and leaves. So that allows us to leverage the equity on the B to C side to fund the end buyer's cash needs. Does this make sense?
