Update on weight loss journey
I did 2 things I never thought possible. I ran a 5k to celebrate my 100 lbs lost and honor some very special people in my life that won and lost their battles with cancer. Now it’s time to go and get a bespoke suit made (maybe I wait for a few more pounds to shed lol)

Purchase #2 today
Besides 3 more pair of shoes trees for $1/pr, this was my other purchase today - a pair of vintage pendleton wool pants. I need to drop some weight for the waist to fit (and I will because on Monday the Rocky music starts playing again!). My girlfriend thinks they might be too short, but I think the length is fine - what say you guys?

Nice
One right connection can change everything.
It’s not always about working harder, sometimes it’s about connecting smarter. The right person can open doors you didn’t even know existed, shift your perspective, or turn an idea into a reality. But here’s the catch, the right connection doesn’t happen by luck. It happens when you put yourself out there. When you start conversations. When you offer value before asking for anything in return. Opportunities don’t just show up, people bring them. And every person you meet could be a bridge to the next level of your journey. So, stop waiting to be discovered. Start showing up, sharing what you know, and connecting with intention. 👉 You never know who’s watching, or who’s waiting to meet the version of you that’s ready to grow.

100% on point
Zoom Groom!
Ok here is an interesting thread… I work 50% on the road at shows and conferences or visiting clients in person. So dressing up for those work moments are easy to ensemble. The other 50% is from home on Zoom with C-Suite clients in the tech industry we’re t-shirts are today’s neckties. But for me that’s just hard to do. So what is too much or too little for us men with style that work from home?

I am more comfortable in a shirt and tie than anything. So I will stick to that. Thanks Gents
