Creating a YouTube Channel As a Lead Magnet
Good morning everyone I recently started an AI Consulting service aimed at helping doctors integrate AI Solution in their practices and systems After trying a few ways to reach out to potential clients, and not having satisfactory enough results to my taste, I decided to simply copy what Liam is doing And that’s creating a youtube channel in which I will share educational content related the AI tools relevant to my niche of choice. His being General AI Solutions. Mine, being the Health Sector. This will be the lead magnet for my consulting service, and other opportunities down the line. https://youtube.com/@Doctorithm?si=xy07oQQiuDNqq5DH I would suggest it to anyone here who owns an AAA or is offering consulting services to a specific niche, to do the same Create a Youtube Channel or an X account in which you showcase your expertise as you’re building it. I don’t think it matters much that the videos suck in the beginning. They will get better, it’s just a matter of being consistent and putting in the reps. I believe that the reward for the uneasiness of being on Youtube will pay tenfold compared to the traditional ways of reachout (Cold Calling, DMs, Mails) Investing time to make one video that your prospects would find while browsing youtube trying to educate themselves ? That’s a different power dynamic with your prospects compared to approaching them out of the blue. So thanks @Liam Ottley for the inspiration, the knowledge, and for creating this space where we can share and learn together. And all the luck and courage to all of us in the community. I believe we’re in the right place, at the right moment, to do big things.

Outreach- A Better Way to Approach Doctors and Dentists?
Hope you guys are having a good day. I wanted to post this in here because I realized the medical practice niche is popular. I recently started an AI automation agency with a couple friends, and we're full throttle right now, trying to provide solutions for dentists and doctors. We know we can provide massive value here, but we're having a really hard time actually getting into contact with the owners. We've been going door-to-door, calling, and emailing. However, the receptionists will often turn us away or just ignore us. I have a few family members who are doctors, so I'll contact them and see if they might introduce me to some people in the industry. I also looked into attending professional events and conventions, but perhaps there's an easier way to reach out to prospective clients in this niche. If any of you guys have experience in this niche, would you perhaps share your experience around marketing and client outreach? Have a blessed day!

@Jeff Bullock 👆This is the best way if you’re thinking long term. Think about it: - You’re selling AI solutions. - Cold outreach itself is getting replaced by AI. - Adding one plus one shows you cold outreach is not the most intelligent use of your team’s time. So my idea would be this You’re a team of three This is an amazing strength - One handles the cold outreach - One becomes the technical specialist - One makes content Divide the tasks according to each of your preferences and personality traits This shouldn’t be an even distribution Each one of you is the -Main- on a given task, but you gotta always ask yourself how you can make the other guy’s job a little easier Do this over a long period of time, And I can’t see how you can fail. All the luck and courage 🙏

Hello brother Congratulations on wanting to start first, that’s a great thing Here’s my advice Start by watching this: https://youtu.be/UBSiMlYvwwM?si=he4VXIV2e7aVlZWY It was my introduction and sign to take this seriously Watch It, Rewatch It, Take Notes. It’s useless if you don’t take notes. After you do that, either come back here or hit me up in the DMs so we can chop it up. But that video is the first step. All the luck and courage.
Best lead gen strategies?
Hey, I’m new to running my own agency and have been trying to get leads for a few weeks now. Any tips on how to get leads? Is it just a volume thing? Or is it the way you propose?

First answer says it all: Content is king.
Content creation
I've been working on AAA for a while now. I'm at the point where I realise I need to get into content creation. So far I'm thinking youtube tutorials and short form content on IG and tiktok. Any other content ideas that you guys might have?

Excellent initiative, and that’s the right approach I would say I chose the same path, so here what I’m doing Hope you find some inspiration: - Invest most your time in learning That’s the key here Widening the knowledge gap between you and and your prospects - Then, use what you learned to create long form tutorials on YouTube 10 to 15 minutes, I think, is the sweet spot. The goal here is create a “Knowledge Bank”. Something your prospects can binge and learn from. So present huge amounts of value without plugging anything outwardly anyway. You’re building good will with your prospects to a point where they will be the ones to hit you up and ask about your services. - The short form content should be a condensed version of your long form tutorials. Teasing people that are interested to go and check your long form tutorials. - While creating your content, be mindful of the “Personal Brand” notion. We’re all content creators whether we want it or not. You chose to actively be one now. So I would tell you, have fun with it, try to be yourself as much as possible, while being strategic about it. Two creators channels that’ll explain this better than I can “TheFutur” and “Dan Koe” All the luck and courage with your journey 🙏
