What would everyone like from this community 😀?
As we are in the process of reviving this community and trying to understand what people need support with and how to increase the value given (to you guys), what would you like to see more of here in The YT Skool? If you have been inactive for a while, feel free to leave a bit of honest feedback so we can understand better how to improve also so that is more engaging etc for you :)

Perfection is killing your channel
Waiting for the “perfect plan” is just procrastination in disguise. If you keep holding back, you’ll stay stuck while others pass you by. 1. Take messy action. 2. Learn as you go. 3. Get better through doing, not waiting. 💡 Key Insight: Public failure isn’t the enemy—it’s the process. Every great creator started messy. The only way to improve is to start. 🚀

100% agree with this @Jonathan Mcelrea I've been in a loop on trying to decide the core focus and ICP I want to speak to with the channel. Yesterday I caught a vid from the Behind The Diary (Steven Bartlett) where he was talking about a girl who asked him for advice about starting podcast. His response was great: start something that people who don't care about you would follow and be interested in. He also said that the first year should be written off to experimentation, it will take that long to work out from feedback, data, analytics, etc, what's working and what's worth focusing on. Loved that perspective. I'm going to (finally) set up my channel this week and I am committing to 2 videos a week for a year. That should cover the experimentation phase, and hopefully learn how to enrol clients from the channel too.
