The monster in our river has caused some degree of flooding all over town! How this was possible I do not know, for how could a river monster bring the rains? I have called forth a winter wizard to bring one last gust of winter our way in the hopes of keeping the floods at bay. Because you all have labored so well so far, I have also summoned an apothecary. Even if you don't have a session next Monday, you may want to stop by to sample his wares! *Hint, this quest will be different from quests we've done before. There will be buffs and nerfs that may permanently affect your team's weekly scores. **Hint, hint, I've told you big things are happening this week, stay tuned!!

Adventurers, we need your help! A creature from deep within the Adirondacks has crept down the Racquette! We need to stop it before it gets further along the river! A simple harpoon doesn’t seem to scratch this thing, so we will need to build something big and heavy enough to crush it or at least pin it down before it moves along the river How to Play: - If your membership started at or before 3/9/2026, you’re already playing! - Complete your workouts and attend sessions - Your Tonnage score at the end of your workout count as your points - Quests come with random events on Week 2 - You have been assigned teams, the teams list will be provided at the end of the first week - One person will receive a secret grand prize worth hundreds of dollars - Your Shapesmiths might be on your team as well, ask them how to get extra points - Additional perks and rules will be added on week 2

I hope you all are doing well. I have spent the last few days meditating at the Monastery and working on a few side quests. While I have enjoyed the peace and quiet, the time has come to clean my tools and set up for my return to the Forge to aid you in your quest. But I wanted to fill you in on something. During my side quests I heard a rumor that a creature from one of the Adirondack lakes has been making its way down the Racquette River. I worry that if it isn't stopped it may make its way all the way to the St. Lawrence and there grow into a beast that could halt shipping lanes, or worse, destroy the power dam. If this is true, then millions could be at risk of being unable to charge their phones and look at AI cat videos. My bet is that it'll be here sometime in March. Who knows, there might be some rewards if we can stop it. Also I recently spoke with an apothecary about some potions and powders that could aid you on your quests. Details to come. Also...Also... Shirts from our Yule Quest... They are VERY late... But, as of today, they are on order!
