i found that's 11labs support Arabic in a perfect way but its not support outbound calls like vap or retell ai ? so do you have any idea please ?

Does Retell AI support Arabic?
Does Retell AI support Arabic transcripts (Speech to text)? I know it supports Text to speech with 11labs but I need to make it understand Arabic as well
