I built a Youtube summary automation
You send a YT link, then after 10 sec he returns short summary; instead of a 2-hour video, you get all insights in just 3 minutes to read How it works: 1. You send a YT link, then this sends a POST request to https://www.youtubetranscript.dev/api/v2/transcribe to get the transcript 2. After that, this asks an LLM (I used GPT-4o mini; for larger context, you can use another LLM) to summarize the transcript and analyze it Here is the prompt: """" Please analyze the given text and create a structured summary following these guidelines: 1. Break down the content into main topics using Level 2 headers (##) 2. Under each header: - List only the most essential concepts and key points - Use bullet points for clarity - Keep explanations concise - Preserve technical accuracy - Highlight key terms in bold 3. Organize the information in this sequence: - Definition/Background - Main characteristics - Implementation details - Advantages/Disadvantages 4. Format requirements: - Use markdown formatting - Keep bullet points simple (no nesting) - Bold important terms using **term** - Use tables for comparisons - Include relevant technical details Please provide a clear, structured summary that captures the core concepts while maintaining technical accuracy. Here is the text: {{ $json.data.transcript.text }} }} """ 3. Then it just returns the JSON response I hope this was useful ;)

Useful build. I like the idea of turning long content into something easier to consume. One possible improvement could be adding a second output: a short LinkedIn post, Twitter thread, or Instagram caption based on the summary. That would make it useful not only for learning, but also for content creation.
Built an AI Follow-up System That Never Misses a Lead
Most businesses don't lose customers because of bad products. They lose them because no one follows up. I recently built a 24-hour AI follow-up system for a real bicycle business to solve exactly that problem. Here's what it does: ✅ Captures every new lead automatically ✅ Waits 24 hours before following up ✅ Sends a personalized email without human intervention ✅ Updates the lead status automatically ✅ Prevents duplicate follow-ups The result? Less manual work. Faster response times. No forgotten leads. A better customer experience. Why am I sharing this? I'm Risath, an AI Automation Builder . Right now, my focus is helping Salons, Clinics, and Healthcare businesses automate repetitive work so their teams can spend more time serving customers instead of managing admin tasks. Some of the problems I'm solving include: • Missed calls • Lost leads • Slow follow-ups • No-show appointments • Manual booking processes • Repetitive administrative work My goal isn't just to automate workflows. It's to build systems that help businesses save time, reduce operational costs, and increase revenue. 🤝 Open to Partnerships If you're an AI consultant, agency owner, or freelancer working with salons, clinics, or healthcare businesses, let's connect. I can help you deliver: ✅ AI Automation Systems ✅ WhatsApp AI Agents ✅ Lead Capture & Follow-up Automation ✅ Appointment Booking & Reminder Systems ✅ n8n, Make.com & ManyChat Solutions ✅ Custom AI Workflows You focus on getting clients. I'll focus on building reliable automation systems. If that sounds interesting, feel free to leave a comment or send me a DM. Let's build AI solutions that create real business value. 🚀🤝

Nice build. I like that it solves a real business problem instead of just showing a cool automation. The 24-hour follow-up logic is simple, but very useful because a lot of small businesses lose leads just by responding too late. Do you think this system could also work for local shops or e-commerce brands after someone asks a question about a product?
GOOGLE ADS AREN'T GENERATING LEADS
Many service businesses think Google Ads doesn't work The truth? It's usually not the ads. It's the strategy behind them. I've seen businesses spend thousands of dollars on Google Ads but still struggle to generate quality leads because of a few common mistakes: ➡ Sending the wrong conversion signals to Google, (EX: just a phone number click & form submit, that not convert yet) ➡ Not setting up offline conversion tracking ➡ Splitting campaigns into too many small campaigns with limited data ➡ Sending visitors to slow or confusing landing pages Many service business owners don't realize: Google Ads is designed to optimize for whatever you tell it to optimize for. If you tell Google that every website visit is a success, it will happily send you more visitors. But if your goal is phone calls, quote requests, or booked appointments, that's exactly what your campaigns should be optimized for. For service businesses, the real revenue usually happens after leads are converted. That's why proper conversion tracking (including offline conversion tracking) can make a huge difference in lead quality and return on ad spend. Remember: More clicks don't always mean more customers. The goal isn't traffic. The goal is profitable leads and business growth. If your Google Ads campaign is generating clicks but not quality leads, it may be time to review your campaign structure, conversion tracking, and landing page

This is a strong point. A lot of businesses focus on getting more clicks, but the real problem is often the offer, the landing page, and the conversion path. For small businesses, I think the creative also matters a lot because people need to instantly understand the service before they even click. Better tracking + clearer creative seems like a strong combination.
The 1 Reason Most Websites Don't Convert
Most websites don't have a traffic problem — they have a clarity problem. When visitors land on your website, they should instantly know: ✔️ What you do ✔️ Who it's for ✔️ What action to take next If they have to figure it out themselves, they'll usually leave. A simple message, clear structure, and strong call-to-action often outperform fancy designs. If you're unsure whether your website is helping or hurting conversions, drop it below and I'll share a few quick insights.

I agree. Clarity is probably more important than design at the beginning. The same thing applies to ads and social content: people should understand in a few seconds what the business offers, who it is for, and why they should care. A clean message usually beats a complicated creative.

I think one of the biggest bottlenecks is turning raw ideas or simple assets into content that is actually ready to post. A lot of small businesses have photos, products and ideas, but they don’t know how to package them into ads or short-form content. That’s also what I’m trying to solve with AISY COM: simple input, professional output, fast delivery.
