GOOGLE ADS AREN'T GENERATING LEADS
Many service businesses think Google Ads doesn't work The truth? It's usually not the ads. It's the strategy behind them. I've seen businesses spend thousands of dollars on Google Ads but still struggle to generate quality leads because of a few common mistakes: ➡ Sending the wrong conversion signals to Google, (EX: just a phone number click & form submit, that not convert yet) ➡ Not setting up offline conversion tracking ➡ Splitting campaigns into too many small campaigns with limited data ➡ Sending visitors to slow or confusing landing pages Many service business owners don't realize: Google Ads is designed to optimize for whatever you tell it to optimize for. If you tell Google that every website visit is a success, it will happily send you more visitors. But if your goal is phone calls, quote requests, or booked appointments, that's exactly what your campaigns should be optimized for. For service businesses, the real revenue usually happens after leads are converted. That's why proper conversion tracking (including offline conversion tracking) can make a huge difference in lead quality and return on ad spend. Remember: More clicks don't always mean more customers. The goal isn't traffic. The goal is profitable leads and business growth. If your Google Ads campaign is generating clicks but not quality leads, it may be time to review your campaign structure, conversion tracking, and landing page

AI ads for local businesses — looking for feedback
I’m building AISY COM, an AI communication agency for small businesses, artisans, local shops and SMEs. The idea is simple: a business sends a few basic photos or product shots, and we turn them into modern advertising videos or images ready to post on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook. This helps small businesses create professional content without hiring a full video production team or spending hours editing. I’m currently building my portfolio and looking for feedback from people who work with local businesses, marketing, AI automation or content creation. Open to feedback, ideas, or connecting with anyone building something similar.

I'm All In
Hey everyone — I'm Abdulrahman, a software engineering student based in Turkey. I've been building Axiogen, an AI automation agency focused on dental clinics. Our first product is a custom AI voice agent that answers patient calls 24/7, books appointments, and never misses a call — fully built and customized for each clinic. I've spent the last few weeks building the product, the lead gen system, and the outreach pipeline from scratch. Now I'm here to learn, execute, and close my first clients. Goal: $10K MRR. I'm not stopping until I get there. If you're building something in the healthcare or dental space, or you know clinic owners who struggle with missed calls — let's connect. Glad to be here 🙏

I'm All In
I'm Ema, based in The Philippines. I work as a Technical AI Automation Specialist and Automation Operations VA, with a Computer Engineering background. My start in automation wasn't planned. During my final year internship as a Systems Analyst and Data Manager, I was asked to look at a manual, repetitive business process and find a way to make it more efficient. The company also had strict data security policies, so paid or external tools were off the table and AI that time is not that commonly used (imo). I ended up building a custom solution from scratch instead, with no automation background and no budget. That project showed me what automation could actually do for a business, and for the people doing the manual work it replaced. Since then, I've worked across n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Supabase, and Google Apps Script, building systems that handle recurring reporting, automated communication, and data collection/organization across different business processes. My goal here is to connect with an international automation community to broaden what I know beyond my local network, and find clients I can build long-term automation systems for. I want to build a career where I help businesses run more efficiently without sacrificing quality, and reach a point where automation work fully supports my living. Every system I've built so far reinforced that this is the direction I want to keep going. Looking forward to learning from this group and contributing where I can.
