Your AI isn't failing because it's bad. It's failing because nobody knows it exists.
I've noticed a pattern in this community. People are building incredible AI agents, automations, dashboards, and workflows. But then they ask: How do I get clients? How do I find users? How do I grow? How do I market this? Here's the hard truth: Building is only 50% of the job. Distribution is the other 50%. The best AI solution doesn't always win. The one that gets seen does. Instead of spending another 20 hours adding features, ask yourself: - Who already has the audience I want? - Where do my ideal customers spend their time? - What problem can I solve publicly to build trust? - Which communities genuinely need what I've built? - Could I partner with someone who already serves my target audience? One introduction can outperform hundreds of cold DMs. One useful post can bring in more leads than weeks of tweaking your product. One partnership can unlock an entire market. Your next breakthrough probably isn't another feature. It's finding a better way to get your solution in front of the right people. What's been your biggest challenge so far? 🔹 Getting visibility? 🔹 Finding your first users? 🔹 Growing an audience? 🔹 Content marketing? 🔹 Sales? 🔹 Partnerships? I'd love to hear where you're stuck, and what's worked for you so far.

For me, the biggest challenge is getting my first client. I'm confident in my ability to build AI automation systems, but earning trust as someone without client testimonials or case studies is the hardest part right now. That's why I'm focusing on improving my skills, building demos, sharing my work publicly, and staying consistent every day. I believe the first client will open the door to many more. Thanks for sharing this—it was a great reminder that distribution matters just as much as building. 🙌

Welcome, Zeyad! 👋 Wishing you all the best on your AI journey. Stay consistent, keep learning, and take action every day—the first client is always the hardest, but it gets easier from there. I'm also building AI automation systems and working toward my first clients. Looking forward to learning and growing together. You've got this! 🚀
Built a demo site where the house constructs itself as you scroll — my cold outreach weapon for local home builders
Sharing a win + the playbook in case it helps anyone targeting local businesses. I picked a niche (custom home builders — high ticket, mostly running 2015-era template websites) and instead of sending a portfolio, I built a full concept demo to pitch with: 🏗️ The demo: a scroll-story website where an empty lot gets surveyed, the plans appear in x-ray, the foundation pours, the framing goes up, and the finished estate lights up at dusk — all driven by scrolling. See it live: https://heritage-homes-demo.vercel.app How it was made: • All imagery + build sequence clips: Claude Fable 5 + Seedance 2.0 (image-to-video with locked start/end frames so the stages connect seamlessly) • Site: hand-coded HTML/CSS/JS with scroll-triggered animations — no templates, no page builders • Deployed free on Vercel • Then used Claude to scrape + research 27 local builders (owner names, their actual projects, what their current sites run on) and write personalized cold emails referencing details like "your footer still says 2015" The pitch angle that's working: these builders create $3M+ homes but their websites are stock Divi/Squarespace templates. The demo IS the pitch — no deck, no proposal. Also cut 60s social videos from the site (screen-recorded the scroll ride, edited with ffmpeg, music via ElevenLabs API) for YouTube/TikTok/Reels. Happy to answer questions on any part of the stack 👇

Awesome work! 👏 The demo is incredibly creative, and I love the "show, don't tell" approach. I'm curious—when you send these personalized cold emails, what's been your average response rate so far? Thanks for sharing your process, and wishing you continued success! 🚀
I’m All In
Hey everyone, my name is Lucas. I’m based in upstate New York. My background is in project management, business transformation, stakeholder communication, and enterprise technology initiatives. I currently work as a Senior Project Manager at a Fortune 100 company, and I’m also building an AI services business with my business partner. My goal is simple: I want to land my second AI client and build a practical business that helps small and local businesses use AI to save time, improve follow-up, and compete more effectively. My why is my family. I’m a husband and father, and I want to create more financial freedom while building something useful and meaningful. I believe AI can help regular businesses stay competitive, and I want to become someone who can bridge that gap in a practical way. I’m here to move fast, take action, learn from the community, and contribute wherever I can.

Im ready !! commited to learn and create amazing things for me and others!!!
Hey everyone! I'm Cuban, raised in Panama City. I've always felt like an artist at heart, and AI has been a huge catalyst in finally living that out and taking real action on it. AI has genuinely inspired me, motivated me, and opened my eyes to how possible and reachable so many of my dreams and ideas actually are. I want people to feel that same thing — to see AI not just as a tool for personal growth to chase your own dreams, but as a way to help others do the same on their path. I also see it as a tool for service. Something people can validate and take beyond just business — into so many other dimensions of life. AI feels like a key that opens many doors, and I'd love to create impact through it on many levels, not just as an entrepreneur. I want to use AI as a transformative, creative powerhouse — I believe people can sharpen their skills, unlock their creativity, and create abundance by using it as a mirror for everything they want to build. And of course, I'm here to land my first client too.
