Second try. I did a single batch this time because I don't need a lot of shells. I'm just practicing. And your instructions said to use a hand mixer, which I don't own. And I could not get stuff peeks because there were not enough egg whites... But I went with it anyway!
I thought honestly they would be worse.
My feet spread. Badly.
But also. They are not over cooked, by the white is really browned. How do you get white macs?
