9-figure luxury residential property portfolio in Monaco
I am looking for buyers of a residential property portfolio in Monaco with an asking price of 150m Euros. The portfolio comprises a penthouse duplex and 9 studio apartments. The seller would prefer to sell the entire portfolio in one transaction but they're also open to selling individual units. Today is a big day. Today I’ve now sold property for 100 millionaires. That’s 100 homes at £1m + since the start of my career. This is what I have learned. Drinking, drugs, smoking,masturbating, women,cheating, it’s easy. Anyone can do it, so it sets you below average. Commitment, Purpose, discipline, that’s hard. That’s why there are only a few great and many the same. If you want to work FOR rich people remain below average. If you want to work WITH rich people raise your standards.

Introduction
Hi everyone, great to be here! So, I’m located in Northamptonshire and have just this month jumped into self employment with a premium agency after 4 years or being in an employed role in the industry. I decided I was worth more than 10% of a 1.25% fee within a high street agent! Especially with all the hard work I put into my listings. Lead generation and getting my personal brand awareness is key for me right now so I am concentrating on output rather than input although with all the outgoings of compliance before anything it’s hard not to let the worry monster get to me when I watch my bank balance go down not knowing when I’m going to get paid again 😬 but I will push on and try to stay consistent with everything. Having not worked in the premium end of the market it’s hard to build a network of high net worth individuals but I know it will come over time. Looking forward to connecting with you all, learning and supporting each other on our individual journeys 🙏 Here’s my bio video 🤗
