Introduction

Hi everyone, great to be here! So, I’m located in Northamptonshire and have just this month jumped into self employment with a premium agency after 4 years or being in an employed role in the industry. I decided I was worth more than 10% of a 1.25% fee within a high street agent! Especially with all the hard work I put into my listings. Lead generation and getting my personal brand awareness is key for me right now so I am concentrating on output rather than input although with all the outgoings of compliance before anything it’s hard not to let the worry monster get to me when I watch my bank balance go down not knowing when I’m going to get paid again 😬 but I will push on and try to stay consistent with everything. Having not worked in the premium end of the market it’s hard to build a network of high net worth individuals but I know it will come over time.
