Traditionally people usually talk about where to build them, why they build them etc. Would there be interest in learning about the nitty gritty bits such as staging your construction site or perhaps something along the lines of long term property management? My name is Adamo Garritano, and I’m an architect based in Toronto, and I’m excited to be part of the group! A little about myself; after working abroad with internationally recognized architecture firms in Italy and New York City, I returned to Toronto during the pandemic to set down roots and launch my own practice, Studio TAGA, alongside my wife. Beyond architecture, we’ve been active in real estate through a mix of rental properties—including a condo and a cottage short term rental—as well as ‘house hacking’ renting out the basement unit of our primary residence.
