Garden Suites: Topics of Interest
Hi Everyone. I'll be putting together a bit of an info session/webinar about garden suites. Given that there are a few different takes on the topic, what would you like to learn/talk about?
Traditionally people usually talk about where to build them, why they build them etc. Would there be interest in learning about the nitty gritty bits such as staging your construction site or perhaps something along the lines of long term property management? A mock build process as a follow along exercise as I fill in the different sheets and tools that I use? wolfedenbuild.com has the framework of services and pre-designed models.
My goal is to create something unique for us, not just a regurgitated power point slide with talking points. Please let me know!
I have experience with real estate, construction, and property management. As long as I can speak knowledgeably about your topic, I am happy to do so.
