(Nutrition) Tips for Competing Away from Home
Hey team! I have an athlete competing at NCC coming up in just over a month. This will be their first big in-person event out of country. Competing away from home is definitely a challenge in itself, and so i am looking to hear from those with experience for recommendations on how to navigate that experience. My initial thoughts are around nutrition, considering the situation of living at a hotel vs at home, but welcome any other game day tips you want to share! Any tips and tricks that can make the situation less stressful on an athlete is greatly appreciated. Thanks again! @Haley Ruth

New Branding
I've never really had a brand or name attached to my services, and lately I've been drawn to make that shift to formalize my services and make advertisement a little easier. I've had a few simple ideas run through my head and i thought maybe i could use the community here to help decide what name will stick! Feel free to comment with any suggestions!

Post QF Focus?
I’m curious about what everyone’s focus is post QF? Athletes: if you’re not moving on to semifinals - what is your plan for the “off season”? Will you compete this year in some in-person events? Dabble in Hyrox? ATHX? Xenom?! (The name 😂) Coaches: what are you preparing your athletes for? What is the primary training focus for your clients as you shift into the off season?

1. 8 weeks out from NCC and then Online Semis less than two weeks after that. Focus will be to prep for the in person comp moving forward from here. 2. 3 weeks out from local comp, and then off-season will be in full swing
2026 Quarterfinals Strategy Guide
This is a big one - spent a lot of time getting my thoughts in place here. I'm sure as people test workouts and we've had a chance to get a feel for some of these today / tomorrow that some of this will change... but this is a good snapshot of my initial thoughts.
