End of chest day
Been enjoying ending my chest day with these. Incline ring flys (the lower the rings are relative to your feet, the more it will target the upper chest) Can then be super set into ring push ups once you’ve hit failure on ring flys. (Can also add a 3rd stage to the super set where you do normal push ups till failure after the ring push ups) Can also be loaded with plates on you’re back

Bench Military press Incline bench Tricep push downs Cable lat raises Cross body tricep extensions Lowkey getting bored of my tricep exercises though, anyone got any different ones they are liking atm?

Barbell skull crushers, my preference is doing them in the squat rack so I can use the safety bars and with an inclined bench. Good heavy compound for triceps. Rolling dumbbell tricep extensions. Again my preference is a slight incline. Revers grip EZ bar cable push downs. (And tricep movement that’s revers grip helps bias the long head) Cable katanas, can do both arms at the same time (cables cross behind the head) or one at a time.
