Roll call how many of you gents use a straight razor to shave? I've been shaving with a straight razor for about 6 months and normally am fine, but I got rashed this time after using a fresh razor blade.

Just curious Fromm the group. How many of you have used ChatGpt or something similar for inspiration? I have just recently upgraded to paid subscriptions to both ChatGpt and Grok in an effort to understand how they can work and how I can interact with them better so as we transition within my company I will be a little further ahead of the knowledge curve. That being said, I have been playing around with ChatGpt in helping me pick my outfits. I have spend several days showing pictures, asking opinions, giving feedback and guidance etc and it seems to do a pretty good job. It has also helped me broaden my thought process on some of my outfits, but also needs continual refinement. Today as an example I uploaded a picture of a pair of shoes that I wanted to wear and asked it to help me pick my outfit starting with the shoes and off we went. Some of the initial things it wanted to pair together (from historical wearings) were in the Laundry and not available. so it pivoted and todays outfit down to the watch was the result. I am curious how many of you have been doing the same and what kind of prompts are you using?

Seriously guys, I’d love to hear the rationalization why mature adults speak like my 15 year old, who’s idea of dressing up is a new Nike sweatshirt two sizes too big. 🤮 Is it so on trend to say Fit instead of “outfit” that it is now transcending generations? Clearly I missed that lecture in etiquette and style 101. Why dress like a gentleman but not speak like one? Please flame me here if you disagree with me. I can use the education. 🤣

Wore a Canadian Tuxedo to my son's school band concert. Complete with Levi's Western shirt and tie from Jcrew. Bonus my Christmas blazer and tie finally got some use. My son used them for his concert.

Suit: Indochino 3-piece suit Shirt: Banana Republic Poplin Tie: I don't know, some faux silk black tie I've had for decades Shoes: Allen Edmonds Park Avenue Watch: Citizen Scent: Tom Ford Oud Minerale Underwear: Spider-man briefs (kidding!) What I love about the vest is that I can tie a full Windsor with a regular length tie (6'4", can't do it with standard lengths).
