Turning a Coffee Shop Vision into Reality
Hey everyone, I’m Abigail 👋 I come from a hospitality background and have spent the last 12+ years working across everything from luxury hotels to high-volume restaurants. Right now I’m shifting my focus into coffee and currently taking this course while working on a bigger goal… I’m planning to open a social, community-driven coffee shop in Cape Town. Think great specialty coffee, locally sourced food, and a space that feels alive with music, events, and people actually wanting to hang out (not just grab and go). I’ll be running it very hands-on in the beginning, so I’m really here to learn how to build something solid from day one.
