Mine and willows first ever run completed ! I’ve not gone on a run since I started weight lifting (5 years ago) so in order to ease myself into it we did intervals 🏃‍♀️ And advise or tips would be appreciated ❤️ I ran back on myself at one point because I wasn’t sure how many intervals we had left🙈
