4 things that worked for me | overthinking
๐Ÿ’ฅPattern 1 You focus on the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Not the next step just the distance. And the distance feels unbearable. About the gap thing: I felt like I was standing on the roof of a building. My next step should be going down to the nearest floor. But my mind kept focusing on the ground level the very end instead of the next floor. So what I did was forget about the end goal. I stopped trying to motivate myself from it too. I stayed calm and focused only on the next step like thereโ€™s fog everywhere, and I can only see one step clearly. ๐Ÿ’ฅPattern 2 : You stop valuing small progress because small actions donโ€™t solve the โ€œbig identity problemโ€ you created. I realized that at this point, my brain is wired to think and โ€œwork in the backgroundโ€ no matter what. It needs something to process. So I replaced thinking about the unlimited problems it keeps creating with childhood memories instead. And that actually helped. My mind became calm because "it couldnโ€™t find a problem to solve there." And another thing I accepted: Everyone wants to reach the destination quickly. But right now, my personality feels more suited to train travel than plane travel. Iโ€™m in a reflective mode. I want to observe the journey, not rush it. 4th one: You are exactly where youโ€™re supposed to be. Whether you see it as divine timing or just a mindset accepting this removes regret. And without regret, thereโ€™s peace. And strangely, when I stopped chasing the ground from the roofโ€ฆ I started actually moving down the stairs... I stopped trying to solve my whole life at once. I stopped trying to become a different identity overnight. I just became someone who takes the next visible step. ....and sorry for being too deep lol

@Gul Fatima Sure, being prepared before going for a long drive is important, best of luck for the 20 week journey (which is almost half done btw), though I have subscribed and even turned the bell icon on...

Good video mam just few things to be considered... Fonts thore se or ache wale use karo like helvetica or Jo trending mai chal rahe hai, and the second thing is sfx thora zyada loud hai, inki volume thori Kam ho sakti hai tou better hai... Lastly, apki overall edit achi hai but I would suggest ke ap Instagram par high quality edits Dekho, not flashy edits, premium and calm edits and unse inspiration lo, first copy them, then make your own after... Still much better. Best of luck bro ๐Ÿค

@Salman Sarwar brother zarori nhi hota ke apke Ghar wale apko support Karen for what you're doing or building, because they can't see the vision from your eyes and that's totally fine. Now, apko sab khud karna hai without any gharwalo ki support or jahan tak baat rahi hardwork ki so yes, doing the work will get you results and most importantly, doing the actual work brings results, not fluffy productive things like journal, meditation, or cold showers.. ye sab cheeze achi hain but they don't make actual money, wo asal kaam karne se hee aayega.. tou Mera mashwara apko yahee hai ke apni family se bhi apna relation kharab naa karen, osko saath saath leke chale along with your work.

@Salman Sarwar Main samjh gaya apki problem and I have been there once. The best advice I could suggest you is JUST STOP THINKING... seriously, sochna band kardo, apne kaam ke baare mai ke sahi hai ya Galt, gharwalo ke bare mai ke wo Kya khe rahe hai, just simply ignore all the noice and do the work... Baar Baar karne se Galt kaam bhi sahi ho jata hai or ap oska solution find kar hee lete hoo even though you're not reflecting on it. I know it sounds unreal or maybe stupid but that is the solution that helped me stayed motivated and consistent with my work even though my family wasn't supporting me at all
