Hi im from melbourne australia and i just started training calisthenics (skills) this year jan 2026 and I got inspired because i saw a planche irl and i quit back when i was 13-14 because i literally thought these skills were impossible and a skill that i want to achieve in the next 6-12 weeks is a full front lever (5 sec)
