Most guys aren’t lacking energy… they’re lacking control
I used to think the answer was just more caffeine. More pre-workout, more stimulation, more push. But what I started noticing was the opposite effect — I wasn’t getting sharper, I was getting scattered. Jittery, distracted, and then crashing. That’s when I started paying attention to compounds that don’t stimulate you… they stabilize you. 👉 L-Theanine This is one of those simple tools that actually makes sense. It’s not something that hits you like caffeine. You’re not going to feel a rush. What it does is take that overstimulated edge and smooth it out so you can actually focus. If you’re already using caffeine, this is where it gets interesting. Instead of feeling wired and all over the place, it helps you stay calm, locked in, and productive without that spike and crash cycle. This is more for guys who are doing real work — editing, writing, building — where you need consistent output, not just bursts of energy. 👉 So the question is simple: Do you want to feel hyped… or do you actually want to be dialed in? If you want to test it yourself, here’s the one I’ve been looking at: https://swisschems.is/product/l-theanine-powder-100-grams/ Drop your take — are you chasing stimulation or control?

♥️ good stuff! Even better with glycine... One teaspoon daily mixed in to chamomile tea.

I don't use pre workout anymore. Just intra with 9 essential aminos. Tyrosine is much better than caffeine! Coffee causes high cortisol spikes, and belly fat
IGF-1LR3 & FLGR242 ..(?)
The latest protocols for igf-1lr3: less is better! For example people were researching 20 to 50 micrograms per injection. The latest studies show that is a wa$te of product, and 10mcg are sufficient, not flooding the few receptors there are. And obviously getting more usage from the vial. Still, one should be very mindful of when it should be injected. Personally, I only use it twice a week; heavy leg day Monday & chest/back/shoulder Wednesday, immediately after training... (8 week cycle; 1 month off) Dosage and timing is critical when researching IGF-1LR3. I just started an 8 week experiment of IGF-1LR3 ..2 times a week, combined with CJC-1295 no DAC e/ ipamorelin (evening and morning). In addition to 1.5 mg of FLGR242 administered once every 7 days. Now if you are not familiar with flgr242, and are trying to maximize muscle growth potential, I would suggest looking into it. It it releases the brakes of myostatin, will not bind with actavin, allowing more muscle growth 😉..a half life of 13+ days. Monday 3/9 was the beginning of this 8 week experiment / research. I will be doing weekly dexa scans to show progression. As of Monday 3/9: 8.7% body fat, 87% skeletal muscle. Stay tuned for updates 😁

@Edwin Garcia cool! I'm only using 10 mg of the igf lr3... Immediately after workout. I've also been using CJC with DAC .. Monday Wednesday and Friday. Ipamorelin m-f in the morning first thing😁
Most people don’t understand what Orforglipron is.
This isn’t just another fat loss compound. It works on the GLP-1 pathway — the system that controls hunger, blood sugar, and how much you eat. When that’s dialed in, everything changes. You get: Reduced appetite Better control over food More consistent fat loss This is where most people fail. Not effort — control. If you can’t control hunger, you don’t control results. This gives you that control. If you’re serious about tightening up your diet and actually seeing progress, go get it now: https://swisschems.is/product/orforglipron-6mg-90caps/ Buy it, use it, and come back here and report that you did.

Even though I don't have a problem with weight loss, but rather weight gain, LOL.... I think retatrutide is the way to go. Which I will be using in small doses just for increased insulin sensitivity
Peptide Sleep Protocol
Hi everyone, I suffer from chronic insomnia, and I have for many years. I recently listened to a podcast for a peptide sleep protocol that "resets" the body's rhythm to be more natural (evidently its not a sleep problem so much as a cortisol timing problem) - anyways, the protocol is as follows: 1) DSIP - 100-500 micrograms 30 minutes before bed 2) Epithalon - 10am per day 3) CJC-1295 w DAC - 200-300 micrograms 2x a week Has anyone here used this protocol or one like it? I am absolutely desperate to fix this issue and Ive tried a ton of other things. Are these dosages correct? Ive never used a peptide before, will this be a permanent or temporary fix? also, I am currently taking MK-677 at night, will this interfere with that? Hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Thanks in advanced for any comments and helpful tips.

@Tony Huge exactly! Been pretty stressed out mentally and of course physically from training. 3 grams of glycine in chamomile tea. Also added in 3mg melatonin liquid

@Maya Jaccs I'll have to give EPITALON a try, thank you. I didn't notice DSIP helping either.
My Latest Bloodwork After 13 Years Being Enhanced
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/qJvkdQ3Az_s?si=c5FOzlRhuekex7pb After more than a decade of being chemically enhanced, I recently reviewed my latest bloodwork. In this discussion I talk about what it’s like maintaining a bodybuilding physique using compounds such as gear and HGH, and how that lifestyle compares with the typical expectations placed on natural bodybuilding. One point we explore is the idea that enhancement can change how someone approaches: diet training intensity body composition The conversation also touches on how factors like glucose and blood sugar regulation appear in bloodwork and what that might say about metabolic health. It raises an interesting question about how fitness strategies evolve in what could be described as an “unnatural world.” This discussion is meant to explore perspectives around performance, health markers, and long-term enhancement, not to provide medical advice. Question for the community: How often do you check your bloodwork or health markers? And if you’ve tracked them over time, have you noticed anything surprising? Curious what people here have observed.

"Slin" ...? Sounds interesting. Have a purchasing link? I've been taking chromium. And I have considered taking small doses of retatrutide while using CJC w/DAC, IPAMORELIN ,and IGF-1LR3 while also taking FLGR-242.
