Peptide Sleep Protocol
Hi everyone, I suffer from chronic insomnia, and I have for many years. I recently listened to a podcast for a peptide sleep protocol that "resets" the body's rhythm to be more natural (evidently its not a sleep problem so much as a cortisol timing problem) - anyways, the protocol is as follows:
1) DSIP - 100-500 micrograms 30 minutes before bed
2) Epithalon - 10am per day
3) CJC-1295 w DAC - 200-300 micrograms 2x a week
Has anyone here used this protocol or one like it? I am absolutely desperate to fix this issue and Ive tried a ton of other things. Are these dosages correct? Ive never used a peptide before, will this be a permanent or temporary fix? also, I am currently taking MK-677 at night, will this interfere with that?
