🗓 WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW? [CHALLENGE #2]
Shoutout to everyone who jumped in yesterday 🔥 Every answer, every LinguaBLOX you built — that’s the foundation we’re standing on today. Let’s keep it rolling. 🧱 ❓ 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 >> Where are you right now? Say it in your target language. Keep it real — home, a café, the gym, wherever you are. 💬 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 1️⃣ Translate the question into your target language. 2️⃣ Write your own answer — in that same language. Example (target = Spanish): ❓ ¿Dónde estás ahora mismo? 💬 Estoy en casa. When you post it, I’ll build a LinguaBLOX from your words —so you can see what you created again. Every post is another brick. Every answer, another layer of fluency. Yesterday you spoke. Today you place your second block. Let’s keep building this wall of voices together. 💥 👉 Tagging today’s builders: @Max Duan @Steve Washington @Dave Raftery @Marion Tinsley @Kieran C @Dee Greene @Paul Dzielinski @Mikolaj Walczak @Dale Madison @Şeyma Haznedar @Fy Craft @Anna Aguilar @Tom Romano @Tony Marsh @Stephan Erasmus @Tana Babcock Walsh

What does 'learning' a language mean?
I often hear people say how long does it take to learn a language? Or, is it possible to learn multiple languages at the same time? What does learning mean? How do you know when you've learned it? I don't mean this as a rhetorical question; I would actually like to know how you define learning a language. What does that mean? How do you know when you've 'learned' it?

when It comes naturally, you don't need to think of it. when you ask yourself do I know how to say this in this language and it just pop up, when you know what you don't know yet but want to be able to say

Welcome to LinguaBLOX.
Welcomeeeee in all new 19 members (past 30d) to the home of instant conversation in any language. No memorizing here, you just start speaking. The Matrix Method taught here breaks every language into simple, repeatable “blocks” that let you create sentences from day one. This group is run by @Tony Marsh (Military linguist with 20 yrs experience) and @Fabio D'Oliveira (Top dog when it comes to portugese) There are courses like the 20Q Challenges for Spanish, French, Mandarin, and more. Each one gets you thinking and speaking through questions, not drills. Every question you answer adds another “block” to your fluency. What Next? 1. Go to Classroom → Choose a 20Q course. 2. Read through it and do your first practice session. 3. Post your first “I’m learning [language]” message in the community. What languages do you already know, or looking to learn? @Julian Mignott @Thomas van Rijt @Jacopo Sestili @Anna Aguilar @Michał Bogacz @Fy Craft @Romain Ob @Matthew Closson @Tosi Honsi @Ugesh Gurung @Elijah Lewis @Christopher Lewis @Al Ferri @Mark Dandeneau@Dina Jiesisibieke @Tana Babcock Walsh Drop your qustions, share your answers, ask for feedback, or get quick help from Tony and other learners. You’ll see progress fast once you start using the language. Don’t just study—speak.

@Aaron Gold I don't really practice speaking. It's not my goal for now but I know than I can be able to speak quickly If I focus for some months on speaking. I do shadowing when I don't know how to pronounce a certain word and sometimes essentially at work for people who don't speak french, but I didn't learned English for work so I don't know specific vocabulary. I've learned english at school and trough pen pal at that time, trough visioning english contents and interacting like here, gaming. sometimes I speak to myself😁
