I started my pottery/creativity/life channel 7 weeks ago, and today saw some nice ...but still small... numbers. I'll take it. Looking for any wins! I've posted 10 videos (9 long form, 1 short), just made it over 1,000 views and 40 watch hours. 1 percent of 4,000 😆 I'm still thinking about how to share my life, travel, thoughts in my videos. Always learning. This YouTube journey is fascinating, and I'm learning so much from you all!

Today is my day to celebrate reaching 1,000 subscribers. My original goal was to hit this milestone by the end of June, but since my channel had a strong start to January, I moved my target to the end of March instead. Last night I had 999 subscribers, and now I already have 1,024! 😃🥳🥳 I have over 12,000 watch hours, so for me, gaining subscribers was definitely the bigger challenge. I started working seriously on my channel in January 2024, and this project took a little over a year. Now, the fun part begins—tracking how much ad revenue I’ll make in my first month!

Hi all! Greetings from Hot Springs, Arkansas. I started my channel about a month ago. Today I received my first "dislike". Eh, I know I'm not for everyone, and there are MANY things I need to improve... one being video quality. I'm using my iPhone 14, and video is sometimes grainy/blurry. It's overwhelming when I search "how to improve iphone video quality". Anyone have top tips, or can you point me to good iphone video help? Thanks!
