When you are starting out in the business and need to learn how or which markets to target can easily be distinguished by a small concept that I have known to be a proven strategy. When you start-out you can start in any county or state and what you do is pull a general list. From this general list you pull aset of mixed areas and zip codes. Once you start getting replies from these mixed leads only then do you start looking at target specific areas where you are receiving those replies (depending on your filter choices). Example: ✅-Pull Leads for Philadelphia PA ✅-Mixed Zip Codes (19140, 19132,19121, 19145) ✅-Majority SMS Responses (19140) If you see you are getting replies specifically from 19140, now you can start creating target specific campaigns based on subdivisions, filter selections and use that information to match with a buyers buy box or search criteria. Allowing you QUALITY OVER QUANTITY type deals that have a higher chance of closing.
