Hey everyone I am new to CC but not to land investing, and I currently use CallTools. We have three cold callers on our team and are about to hire a fourth. However, we face challenges with connection rates. We make 7,500 calls each day through CallTools, rotating 110 phone numbers. Currently, we have a connection rate of 4.38%. For our underperforming campaigns, the rate is 2.52%, while our highest rate is 9.41%. A lot of the data we receive cannot be called using CallTools because the phone numbers are registered on the do-not-call list, which removes a substantial amount of data from our lists. Any suggestions?
