I asked Jerry Norton to cover this topic, what he sees coming down the pipeline, work arounds & how to make yourself future proof in the arena of wholesale. A lot of us have contracted property for $85k & sold for $150-175k. That's a solid double close or even buy & list scenario. It really comes down to how you're marketing to these property owners, the expectations you're setting & the art of follow up. Do you have a CRM you're using? Do you need a GHL snapshot? We're big fans of #4! That's where our upcoming mastermind is happening & it's where a lot of the general populous is headed - looking for land. There's a stigma from locals about the "Yankees" coming down to steal our land which actually can be a major advantage if you're a "Local Land Company"
