Funnel Lab Update Today I built out my full services pages. I spent the first part of the day listing all my services. Then I spent the second half building a page for each one. I kind of geeked out. 😅 I should have stopped at about five services… but once I saw the structure, I kept adding more. So I had to build pages for those too. Then I created one master Services Hub page. Every service connects back to that hub. Strategy flows into funnels. Funnels flow into traffic. Traffic flows into profit. For the first time, things don’t feel all over the place. I learned something big today. I thought I was selling “funnel builds.” But I’m not. I’m offering systems. That distinction has been huge for me. I also realized something else that was limiting my income…. Working with the wrong ICA We meed to be intentionsl when choosing eho you want to go out there snd serve. And we have to choose carefully because you could soend yesrs trying to make money serving the wrong people. (Lesson learned) That was another breakthrough. I also created my 3 levels of Rainmaker offers and will be focused on Rainmaker #1 first - at least for 30 days. Over the last week, I redesigned a funnel page for a local limousine company as part of my Funnel Builder Certification journey. The assignment was to find a real business, redogn their page, and make it better. This limo company is looking to shift from mostly consumer bookings to attracting more corporate executives. So I rebuilt their page as a cleaner, more focused booking funnel designed to speak directly to that higher-end corporate audience. The Obstacle I Noticed To Work On… I definitely spent way too much time perfecting it than I needed to I could have turned it in yesterday but kept retweeking stuff. But this was a reminder for me: Done is better than perfect. Progress over perfection. Momentum over hesitation. I don't he tfigure out what to do, I just haveo follow the steps. Even though I’ve been building funnels for about five years, this program is sharpening my focus in a powerful way.
