Our very own @Tyler Hollis will be competing at the Hotlanta cup stacking tournament this weekend. If you didn't know, Tyler holds some Guinness records for cup stacking- a sport that tests your dexterity to a max. All of us are on our own quest to become the best we can be. This is Tyler's. Let's see him crush it!!

@Krista Fuller has been with Bjorn for 2.5 years and she has been through a LOT. In that time she’s lost 50 lbs and she’s removed 10 inches from her waist. But that isn’t all— she started working out on her own time, she powered through MONTHS of recovery from a knee surgery, and she regained a massive range of motion in her leg that was once lost. Krista was an example of how much dedication to a goal and direct coaching could help you. But here’s the thing, my goal with each of you is that you’ll no longer need me. Krista has come forward and said, “I’m ready for the next step in my journey” and I couldn’t be more excited for her. In truth, none of us want her to leave Bjorn, but she’s not leaving early, she is ABSOLUTELY ready for the next step. This is a moment to be proud of, and I can’t wait to hear how much stronger she becomes in the coming months and years. We love you Krista, and you will be dearly missed.

Hi all, we are collecting RSVPs on who plans to come to the Yule Fest this week (Sat Dec. 27th from 12:00 to 4:00) It is a potluck event, and we ask that if you have chairs or folding tables please bring them.
