Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone has any practical working solution for AI agent being able transfer an active inbound call to an internal extension during the call. For example John calls and ask the ai agent to be transferred to ext. 105. There could be several extensions that caller may ask to be transferred to. Any idea or solutions is greatly appreciated.
