❤️ Where would I be now if my Porsche didn’t have the brakes slammed down?🎯🏎️🐦‍🔥
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: I discovered my own ADD by reading a book meant to help me understand someone ELSE. That says everything about how I've lived - investigating everyone's inner world except my own. Also turns out my "laziness" is actually a Porsche with the brakes slammed down. Onto Section 2. Thank you Ai🙏✨

@Renee Kers @Tracy Weiss @Deb Brouwer Thank you! I appreciate your answers so much. I am so grateful for his new road we are traveling on, with new insights and people that support each other. I don’t take it for granted, you know❤️ For example, when I discovered that this book about ADD described me so well, I was in chock. And a little happy. I thought I was alone in all this! When I told it to my then partner he totally dismissed it..Said that it’s like the horoscopes in the newspaper- one size fits all. He didn’t believe in diagnosis. Scepsism/scared/ashamed… I don’t know Have you met this reaction too? But I knew inside that there was something that was true.🌸 Much love,❤️
So many defeats. Wins are hidden deep.
Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I always called it laziness or "can't be bothered," but I just realised the pattern I have with my music gear - and my dishes, and my rehearsals - isn't apathy. It's protection. My nervous system has been keeping score of every defeat, and I've been carrying it as worthlessness instead.

Thank you for sharing!❤️ So it’s one form of protection… that’s very interesting!🤗 I’m keeping that frase… Maybe I will try to befriend my procrastination or apathy. When it shows up next time, (probably in a couple of hours) I will ask it what it’s trying to keep me safe from. I think I simply am afraid of failing. Kinder words to myself, ”puppy talk” seem to override the apathy sometimes🐶 Hope you get the energy to create music soon❤️✨ dance and sing like nobody is watching✨

Iq and ADHD
I know I’m intelligent. I have +120 in iq but why do I constantly feel stupid when I can’t finish a project or don’t know what to answer sometimes?

@Sara Edvardsson My heart broke reading this💔 It’s that feeling that for so many of us with Adhd has followed us from childhood. It’s like…We know we are smart. Only, we think differently, outside the box and we have to be truthful to our hearts. And then maybe we go and do things that look irrational in other peoples eyes because we just know things intuitively and sometimes cannot explain with logic… Noticed that it’s an open wound in me too. Time to air and clean that wound! Wow thanks for bringing up that question. Sara! 🤗❤️ Very important for this ongoing healing progress✨✨✨ By the way…It’s a supersmart question🥹😍 Much love!

Looking for 10 beta test users new AI
What's up, ADHD Harmony fam! I'm looking for 10 beta testers to try our brand new free AI-powered onboarding experience. We've built a powerful new assessments that will become the starting point for everyone doing the 5-Day Challenge going forward. What you'll be testing: 1. Your ADHD Snapshot (~25 min) 9 deep questions across three dimensions: Your ADHD Story, The Hidden Cost, and Why You're Here Now. At the end, our AI generates a personalized portrait of your ADHD experience. 2. The ADHD Awakening Assessment (~45 min) 15 questions that go even deeper across five dimensions: The Truth About Your Brain, Your Invisible Identity Cage, Rewriting Your Internal Code, The Harmony Reset, and Your Path Forward. This one maps out where you actually are right now: your patterns, your strengths, your limiting beliefs, and what your ideal life actually looks like. You'll get a full AI-generated psychological portrait that connects all the dots. This is the same assessment as the previous 5-Day Challenge, but potentially even richer since it uses the new ADHD snapshot assessment as extra context. You'll be doing this on the new Harmony AI platform, the same environment our paid program members use. You'll have access to the two worksheets only, not the other features. Who I'm looking for: - 5 people who have already done the 5-Day Challenge but want to experience the new assessment flow on the new platform - 5 people who are already in this community but haven't done the challenge yet (or missed it and have been wanting to jump in) How to apply: Drop "REDO" (if you already did the challenge) or "NEW "(if you are new and want to give this a try) in the comments below and I'll pick 10 people at random from the list. 💛 Jim

REDO🌸
Big Rock
My big rock is being kind to myself but sometimes I struggle to figure out where to start. If you all were to start a self love journey, where would you all start? I feel as if I'm holding myself back because I keep repeating the same patterns but I know that it isn't helping me. Any advice?

@Carlin Stover As Deb wrote, such a beautiful place to begin. Because the goal is selflove and acceptance and inner peace. And also one of the most energy-consuming, I found.🥹 but worth it! I wasn’t aware, until I my burnout, of the amount of hard language I had, roaming in the background. Never to others, only in the mirror. It was so hard to find something nice to say to myself. Is that the case for you too?❤️ l looked everywhere for signs or help. One thing that started to help me was childs work meditations with Louis Hay. The one that moved me the most is pretty similar to the one that Deb mentioned. The one when you take a picture of youself from when you were a little child and stick it to one mirror you look into every day. (A mental picture works too ;)) Then tell that child loving words. You can tell that beautiful child: -I ’m sorry that you had to go through all those difficult things. You were only a child. You didn’t know how to respond to that situation. But I’m here now. I am a adult now. I will protect you. You are safe. I love you. ❤️ Hope you found it as helpful as I did❤️ When the mind starts roaming again with the hard words it’s much harder to say that to the picture of you as a child. For me it made a huge change! I would never say those words that I used to say to myself. Ever! Neigther to an adult and definitely never to a child🥹 Words have power! Do you have spotify? Or youtube I have found beautiful daily affirmations and meditations. The algoritm makes new ones appear everyday now😅 Sending lots of hugs and energy to you!🤗✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
