Any idea when warm transfers will start showing the original caller’s number instead of the system number? Right now it's either one or the other... Thanks!

I’ve read and tried every suggestion in the community, but today the agents are just refusing to hang up. Does anyone have a truly ironclad method to make the agents end the call? It's been too long to have this issue!

Can this be done now? If not, wouldn’t it be nice to have one master voice assistant that could manage the content in multiple assistants? Being able to update global prompt content, chat settings, call preferences, etc. from one place instead of going into each assistant individually to make the same changes. It would save a ton of time. Anyone else dealing with this or have a solution?
