🌿 Leave It a Little Prettier Than You Found It ✨
I've been practicing something small. Not a full reset. Not "clean the whole living room." 🙅‍♀️ Just this: every time I leave a space, I leave it a little prettier than I found it. 💥 Before bed? I put away two books. 📚 Made my breakfast? I clean up one thing that was still on the counter - mine, someone else's, doesn't matter. 🍳 Walking through the kitchen? One mug in the dishwasher. ☕ One thing. That's it. ✨ No judgment. No "ugh, what a mess." Just: okay, I'll pick up one thing. 🌱 And here's the magic⭐ all those little moments add up. The house gets lighter. Happier. 🏡💫 Next time I walk in? It's already a little nicer than the last time that I walked in. It's not cleaning. It's MICRO LOOP-CLOSING 🔄💛 Try it today. One thing. One space. That's enough. 🌿✨

Yes! Going to do after dinner routine now but that is exactly why I created this routine! And we do it EVERY night and so now it is more automatic. I go in kitchen, turn on music, turn on sink to wash dishes. My motto is don't let it get worse. I say that because there IS some more organizing etc that needs to happen. But for right now, I can just say "don't let it get worse". And that means tonigjt doing the dishes, putting the food away, wiping the counters, etc Another thing that is helping me is doing one category at a time. So I block out an hour for this every night. And I remind myself "dishes- even if ALL you do this hour is the dishes, you are making massive progress etc". Because lo and behold, when you do the dishes every night, it won't take an hour. Another fun thing I do is match a dish to a song. Becahse again, time blindness but it turns out you can wash like 10 pieces of silverware during one song. That's ten dishes washed! I also focus on the bubbles (sparkles!!) and even pretend I'm washing dishes at a restaurant. Kind of get in the zone. Knowing a verbal reminder is set at 7 so WORST case scenario, it turns 7 and that can be a signal to me to step up the pace. But with this scaffolding and structure, it doesn't happen. Anyway, all of that to say I agree!! I really also want to personally implement the "don't leave a room empty handed". So that i LOOK before leaving a room to see if anyone is in the wrong home 🤣 and then escort them to their proper home. Aka, I'm bringing a cup downstairs to the sink. Bringing it back to its home.

Okay there we go, we've 👄 talked about it today... last week and to be honest, with some of you, I've been taking about this for over a month.... You now I'm talking to you: everyone that wants to clear away some clutter or that wants to organise some specific area in there life..... (cohort or blueprint member or just getting started here) And specific: @Leonie Osborne @Cathy A Castagna @Shani Sherwin @Cathy K And many more....., let me know I'll tag you 👍🤣 This is not a judgement, this is a safe loving space, where we can share our wins, our troubles, our tips. Our wish seems so small and similar: we want to have a spaces that we create in to 😍 lovely rooms that can carry us throughout our days and lives. Or just the 🗑 🚮 trash that we are sorting out. YOU CAN HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE HERE, BY: 1. Posting what your going to tidy 🚮 2. You can share your 🏆 wins, 3. You can ask for help 🙂 4. You can ask for a bodydub👥️ session or let us know that you have set up a session in Sage for body dubbeling. So we vandaan join you there (this is available for cohort 3 members) I've placed this post in the 🏆 wins category. Because I believe that giving ourself permission to begin with letting go all that we've been holding on.... is a 🏆 on it's own💖

@Renee Kers yessss!
Week 1
Just wrote my Week 1 Commitment Letter and the pattern finally clicked. I've been researching my way out of action for years because action might confirm the thing I was most afraid of - that I'm not good enough. But not trying guarantees the same result. My Big Rocks for the next 6 weeks: build ONE income path (and stop shopping for a better one), and clear my space one corner at a time. The action creates the capability. Not the other way around. Let's go.

@Cathy A Castagna so my nickname is Sparkles.. so I created a story that I am Sparkles the Sorting Savior.. and I'm here to save the kingdom from disorganization. That got me interested. Then it turned into- set a timer for an hour. And for every 5 papers I look at (decide if they're keep or trash), I "earn" a song. And immediately dance it on my dance game. And I just kept going back and forth like that. I did 9 dances and the whole basket in an hour. NOT saying thats all the papers in the house. But it IS measurable progress and that's all I want 😅 Plus, since the stuff is triggering, I was able to "process" that at least a bit with each song.
Top o' the Hour 😁 who wants to play??
Hi guys! I brainstormed this morning in my car and I got an idea! I literally saw a vision of a small friendly leprechaun with a HUGE top hat (green, of course) 😁 Anyway, he is going to gently "tap me" every hour so I check in with WHAT I am doing. Doesn't mean I HAVE to be productive every hour. It is just to ensure my day doesn't get away from me. The goal is every top of the hour, I check in and ask myself. And IF I have energy, I spend 20 minutes on SOMETHING. Then, the other 40 minutes of that hour can be whatever. So it is currently 8:45 am here. At 9, I'm getting out of car and making breakfast. 2 eggs and 2 pieces of toast. This ensures both flexibility for my day but ALSO that I live my day on purpose, which is what I like to do 😁 I'm exciting to try this rhythm! Feel free to join in! Love you guys! Let's DO this thing 🥰🥳

@Anouchka Hanneman totally! I'm actually doing it in my own free community just so I don't take up all the space on others 🤣

@Máire Garvey absolutely! I do understand! It is more as a safeguard for myself every hour to say ok..what is going on? What am I doing? So then I can refocus and choose what is next. It is helping me immensely!
Yesterday
I dog sat and played ball with this crazy boy for for five and a half hours. Whilst I was doing that I was also clearing my dad’s garden, even though it was tiring, I am taking that as a win win situation. Btw I had to come home for a 😴 to recharge but hey, I am not spring chicken 🐔
