EMPOWERMENTS!! Nervous System Regulation: Chemicals Involved in Regulating Anxiety
Greetings and Welcome! It is Jake here again blasting out some very useful information for YOUR betterment! YEEEE HAAAA!! ARE YOU READY TO BE EMPOWERED!!! Today I am sharing another article I wrote up to explain some discoveries I had made during my investigations into nervous system regulation. Just another piece to the bigger puzzle, but something I found very important. The HPA. Find out more by reading through. Below you'll find Part 1 of a two part article. Let's get started. Chemicals Involved in Regulating Anxiety Part 1 The main chemicals involved in regulating anxiety and the body’s stress response are many, all with their own purpose. In part 1, a portion of these chemicals, I look at them individually and then tie it together with some thought, and helpful options to understand the mechanisms, and not get too lost too fast. Concerning regulation–chemical stress responses–some elevate while others deplete. Some are neurotransmitters and others are hormonal. It can become confusing reading through all at once. In this section, please find a brief summary following this initial look at the first 4–that creates another response by the fifth– and round out the information to bring it into an understandable context. It’s a lot of information, what does it all mean? Remember, these are chemical messengers responding to; oxidative stress, inflammation, and/or “perceived danger”, which in turn results in anxiety/panic/depression. Let’s get started. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA): This is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain and acts as the nervous system’s natural calming agent. Low levels of GABA are very much associated with heightened anxiety and fear. It is also related to nerve cell hyper-activity. Serotonin: Often called the “feel good” or mood stabalizing neurotransmitter. Low levels of serotonin are commonly linked to anxiety and depression. (*Many anxiety medications–SSRI’s–are meant to increase the available amounts of serotonin in the brain. Further research on this coming)

Empowerments! Healing! New Earth is Here! Oxidative Stress, what is it? How to Neutralize it! GAME CHANGER!!
GREETINGS AND WELCOME!! ARE YOU READY TO BE EMPOWERED! This is part 1 of a four part series of articles I wrote up, for the benefit of humanity. I also offer solutions, and I break it down in a simplified form to support a solution base. I was hesitant to share my original introduction at first, but I realize it brings a bit of context to the "why" I dove into these topics. I am sooooo excited to be sharing this in this community. I cant wait to open dialogue with the many amazing people in here. I "know" this will blast open in so many ways. So, here we go, An Introduction with its title, and Part 1: Oxidative Stress Oxidative stress & Inflammation are at the root of most all disease. A key fundamental understanding, and something once understood, brings empowerments, liberation, and VITALITY!!!. This is New Earth Baby! LETS GO!! Our Nervous System in Today's Toxic World - How We Can Survive Thrive and Remain Healthy Governments, Agencies, and many people involved do not have our best interests in mind. I’m not here to tell you what to think. I’m bringing awareness. After sitting with the information you’ll come to your own conclusions. Either way - Let’s learn how keeping your nervous system regulated improves your life, and the many things that directly affect your nervous system. Wellness, is a broad, general term used often, I use it as well. Nervous system regulation intersects into so many things we’ve been kept in the dark about. Here are some solutions to an ever increasing toxic world, how to change and retain an organic lifestyle–one as free as can be–from the seemingly intentional barrage upon our human vessel. With nervous system regulation at the core, you’ll begin to understand how/why our body, mind, and perceptions can be altered through these intersective junctions by the means of the food we consume, what we drink, invisible chemicals/signals like EMF, the biological/physiological effects and the psychological impacts of present day media just for starters. They all are likely a part of your everyday life already.

@Tabatha Combs thanks for reading through and taking in this info. Also, great to get your feedback. Interested in joining up with me and my team (all over the world) we would love to bring you in. I agree this should be taught, and in New Earth, it is. You are a part of that right now. We're building as the old systems self destruct. You are very welcome to come on in. Great to see you in here. Again, thanks for reading through. You just got Empowered!! (Part 2 is up as well) 🧐😉✌️
Diet changes
I’m curious to know if anyone else had any sudden diet changes as their journeys progressed. About 2 years ago I had noticed what looked to be like significant weight gain. Upon further investigation I realized it was just extreme bloating. I started cutting things out of my diet to figure out what was going on. By the time I was done I realized I had become gluten, dairy, and egg intolerant. At first I was really upset and confused. Didn’t know how to go about my diet. I was a lover of cheese and bread so this was a big blow. Then I realized that my spiritual progress had a physical manifestation. My higher self didn’t want me eating this stuff anymore bc it’s not healthy for me. I ended up cutting out beef and pork as well after doing more research as to why certain foods were no longer agreeing with me. I eat chicken about once every 2 weeks or so and fish maybe 2-3 times a week. The rest of the time it’s a vegan diet now. It’s been fun learning how to cook totally different foods. I lost 30 pounds in a matter of months and my body is probably the healthiest it’s ever been. Also cut out sugars for the most part. Anyone else have to go through anything like this?

Awesome post Brother. What country are you in? Food and diet changes are amazing for growth. There are so many nuances, but the approach you've taken is proactive. Researching and also listening to your body. That's a great combo. Yes, my spiritual evolution brought many changes to my diet, among other things. The more I leaned into detox and purification, the more I learned of the many influences of both food and the environment. Food itself is amazing, it's the freaky toxic soup that's out there these days. I'm sure you've brushed into much of that. Great to hear your success. My wife and I utilize both supplementation combined with molecular hydrogen infused water, and a conscious approach choosing "clean" foods. Thanks for posting this. We got tons of options if you're like to ever join in our simple protocols. Again, awesome to hear of your success.
Hi folks, I’m new around here..
Over the last few years I’ve been thinking a lot about the direction humanity is heading in. Technology is accelerating rapidly—especially artificial intelligence—and it’s becoming increasingly clear that our governance systems struggle to keep pace with what we are capable of building. Because of that, I’ve started exploring a simple guiding principle that I call Mutually Assured Survival (MAS). For much of the 20th century global stability was often described through the lens of Mutually Assured Destruction—the idea that the threat of catastrophic conflict prevented escalation. But the world we are moving into may require a different mindset. The question I’m exploring is whether humanity can develop systems of cooperation, governance, and technological responsibility that orient us toward Mutually Assured Survival instead. This isn’t a finished theory or a claim of having answers. It’s simply a framework I’m beginning to explore and document. I fully understand that new ideas are often met with scepticism or disagreement. That’s part of how ideas are tested and refined. For me, this is simply an intellectual project that I find meaningful. I’m interested in seeing where the exploration leads over time. If nothing else, it’s a conversation worth having as we move deeper into an age of powerful technologies.

@Kevin Michael Brown I've shifted from creative, presence, and storytelling to informative/healing mechanisms of cellular voltage, molecular hydrogen infused water, and the prevention of oxidative stress--which causes cellular breakdown that leads to disease. I got two parts of a four part article up in offerings, here in this community. I took all the analytical and deep science and wrote it in layman terms. Make it "graspable" so anyone who reads it can become empowered and begin regeneration. It's actually very simple to do so. So what do you think about an author who wrote (true story) an awakening hero adventure during the lockdowns, on a spiritual journey, and unite with his beloved, and travel across the world promted by a "dream", shifting to that😂🤪🤪?

@Kevin Michael Brown yes, profound unseen energetics, some describe as divine intervention, others use synchronicity, Goddard use the concept of bridge of incidents and Joseph Campbell so magnificently explores the entire Heros Journey. All in which ways to capture the invisible forces, and cycles in life. I wrote my story as I experienced it in my capacity. I think we all know the "feeling" of goosebumps, warm flashes and those premonitions or intuitive nudges felt first, but somehow forming a "knowing" of some sort. Destiny perhaps. Finding that invisible path into the unknown and facing fear, to discover the something, not always easily explainable, along the way to our boon. With it all happening during a period of time everyone experienced, lockdowns, too many things unfolded not to tell the account. I didn't think to write it until after everything unfolded. It became almost a fairy tale, but in turn was reality. I attempted to capture the essence of the sometimes mundane moments, little ones, that are what spark and flame into a roaring fire. That process to author a book taught me a thousand things. Another journey. Thank you for such engaging questions.
