I hate editing videos. With a passion... on a recent coffee chat @Michelle McCartney & I both talked about the program we use, Descript. It makes editing wildly easier. It auto transcribes your videos and you can edit the video by editing the transcript like a word document. Life changing for the tech challenged such as myself I know @Christine Miller was interested in checking it out. They're running a discount via referrals! Every year, my family and I visit the wishlists of local organizations that help foster families give their foster kids supplies and presents. We give to them throughout the year but always try to send some christmas presents too. Today is a busy day with back to back calls, so moving is a little more tricky. ❄️We also are in the middle of a snowstorm outside! So, today, I squeezed in a 10 minute stretch routine to help me loosen up. 😉 I like to focus on my legs, hips, shoulders, and neck. So, how are you intentionally moving today?

Keep going.... A few weeks ago, I pushed myself outside my comfort zone and published my first book. My daughter watched me do it — the good, the messy, the learning curve — all of it. Well… this morning my 7-year-old hit publish on HER first book. 🤯🎄😭 Y’all… our kids are always watching. And when we go after our dreams, it gives them permission to believe they can go after theirs. If you want to see her big moment, I put the video on my socials under my name. Don’t wait. Don’t shrink. Do the thing — little eyes are learning from you.
