Pre-logging and meal preparation
@Dakota Miller I just watched the video about pre-logging meals and I see that you are crushing it. It seems pretty difficult to prepare a meal plan ahead of time and also to have all the ingredients. Do you do your shopping for the next week and cook meals in advance? Do you keep your meals fairly similar? What would you suggest?

So I have my meal plan . And I eat the exact same things every single day . Yes it gets boring. But thats when you start to learn and get creative to switch it up. But I tell myself this isn't forever . Like if I have to eat the same 4 meals a day for the next 4-5 months ill do that because I know it works and I lost 50lbs by doing that exactly . Something about not having to guess what to eat everyday and just knowing what to eat every day is absolutely pure bliss. One less stress for the day. And yes I shop on Saturdays for the whole week . So I buy all my chicken, meat, oats, veggies , egg whites all at once for the week and I cook up 7 chicken breasts, 7 steaks or ground beef , egg whites i make fresh every morning , and veggies i cook twice a week so they dont get all mushy and gross haha. I definitely suggest eating the same foods daily to start and slowly teach yourself how to switch em up when your ready at your own pace .

Mid week 4 and I can feel it in my body…. Doing everything πŸ’― but I feel weak this week. Maybe I try to do too much. How did you feel week 4?

Remember in a deficit you are giving your body less energy than it needs on a normal day /week to survive. So you will feel drained for a little bit but then your body adjusts . You just have to push through. πŸ’ͺ then once past the tired exhausted stage you'll be flying !!!
