The secret to motivation is energy
Everyone thinks that consistency comes from discipline, that you need to absolutely force yourself to do something until it becomes a habit even if you are miserable. I don't find that true. I have tried it, it's not that different from the hustle bros asking me to lock in for 6 months in a dark room until I am making 10k a month. Never worked for me. In my subconscious, I used to think hard work was something that was taking away precious time from my youth that should be used for living a full life. What worked was optimizing for energy instead of money or discipline and then reframing my beliefs about hard work and consistency. I found out that the average adult 'needs' to be productive in order to feel good about themselves. Which meant I could spend 12 hours on my phone enjoying myself and the only thing I would feel is apathy. So I blocked out time and started enjoying hard work, not necessarily because it's fun in itself but because it makes the rest of my day fun and so, working hard became a source of energy instead of a drain. Now, my days feel more full and fun, I enjoy entertainment more than ever before and I get more work done than ever before. The biggest reason is that I reframed my mindset as to why hard work doesn't take time away from my life and started to optimize for energy level instead of Grit. I haven't seen a lot about this idea on social media, so if you have any questions just dm me. I would love to help you out because helping others excites me and helps with my own energy level :)

Feeling produdctive and accomplished is definitely a human need. without it we spiral. At the same time doesn't mean we need to grind 24/7. Well said
You can't script your way into flow states
The best sales streaks I've ever had weren't because I got better at sales. They happened because I was winning outside of sales. When I look back at my hottest stretchesโ€”the months where I couldn't missโ€”it was never just about dialing more or tightening my process. It was because I was organizing events. Building community. Creating content. Leading people. Getting momentum from things that had nothing to do with closing deals. Here's the trap most reps and business owners fall into: They seek all their validation from sales outcomes. When deals close, they're on top of the world. When they don't, they spiral. No foundation outside of the W's and L's. So when you hit a dry spell, you have nothing else building you up. Just the pressure of needing the next close to feel okay again. That's how shitty slumps last way longer than they should. The fix? Build a life where you're generating wins from multiple sources. Organize something. Create something. Lead something that has nothing to do with your quota. When you stop needing sales calls to be your only source of momentum, you show up with completely different energy. People buy that energy. They're buying the frequency you're resonating at. Sales skills and practice matterโ€”but they're not your only source of influence. When you're already in flow before the call starts, influence becomes effortless.
Sales is the Ultimate Shit Test
If you don't know what a shit test is, hit google and take a look. Any time you are in a dating situation you will see that typically women will test the man, over and over and over. This dynamic can go two ways however it's usually the feminine testing the masculine. The funniest part is that it's not on purpose, it's not malicious. It's instinct. Instinct to see if this person is real. Are they genuinely confident, or wearing masks and fronting. Sales constantly will offer you shit tests. Every single day. Hang ups, objections, ghosting...dog at my wallet lies. That means you get to become the most grounded, peaceful, focused version of yourself regardless of the circumstance. You can let it all overcome you knock you off your rocker, or use it as the fuel to transcend. To move past letting the external dictating your internal. Because ultimately when the external dictates your internal that's reactive. And the ones who reacts loses the game here in sales and business. My hope is not only that you make a shit ton in comms - but that you learn to enjoy the ride and find joy in playing the game. More to come, peace out for now โœŒ๏ธ -Money Magnet Mason

@Nicola C. I believe there is a ton of overlap between dating and sales 100%.
Timing / Fear Objection
Just dropped a new call review in the sales calls module. This is a great example of parts integration from NLP in action. Helping someone become integrated so they can take clear action and actually enroll themselves in their vision. 6800 PIF
