MICRO - COMMITMENTS! Lets be accountable =)
Ok TEAM... Take this from someone that has lost a lot of time... just set a deadline. Just say... for example: SEPTEMBER 30th... or October 1st. Just have it there, as a goal, at sight, have a post it on the fridge, maybe write it on the mirror, have it on top of your notebook... Bc I can tell you from experience, unless you set a deadline, its just pushed away into infinity... then one day you forget. So the waiting became... just "latter". Here is Mine: My first commitment will be to LAUNCH on SEPT 5th!

Last night I did my first Webinar. I had 12 people. None of them wanted to buy, which was a little disappointing. But, I made the most out of it. I offered them my VIP courses and to mentor them for one week in exchange for them promising to buy my book from Amazon and to give it an honest review, based on the book and classes. Then I offered them an affiliate commission of 25% if they convinced someone to buy one my courses. I explaint that would either be $250, $1,000, or $3,000, depending on what the person bought. One of the guys that came was an student of mine. He brought his daughter to hear me teach the courses. He messaged me after, saying he was confident that not only could he sell my program to regular people, but he knew he could sell my program to companies in Vancouver Washington and make his career selling my courses as a Commission only Sales Rep! So, I have my first Sales Rep and 11 other affiliates in exchange for one week of mentoring! I'll be continuing my weekly Friday Webinar every week until I have it perfected and and bringing more people than my zoom account can handle! 😁 Thank you @Rosa Medina for having this group!

Here are 10 key takeaways from today: 1. Scaling to $10M: Run webinars every week, push a $1000 offer. Fill your $10K and $25K tiers fast, but make the $97/month offer your main focus. Offering a 12-month plan at $997 can naturally lead to your higher-ticket offers. (see how CF does this?) 2. Not comfortable being the face of your brand? Don't be. Have some else 3. Use Skool and host monthly events. KEEP THE COMMUNITY ENGAGED. 4. You must understand your audience's dreams (specially with cold audiences). Capture testimonials and present them in a way that resonates with your market. 5. Keep testing different approaches until you find what resonates with your customer. 6. Conduct market research by browsing YouTube as your target audience and analyzing the ads that show up. 7. Understand your audience deeply—survey them and listen to how they describe their problems. Use their own words in your messaging. 8. Reaction videos are trending—use them to position yourself as an expert and differentiate from competitors. 9. If live weekly training isn’t feasible, use an auto webinar to gather an audience, then engage them with live presentations later. 10. To grow beyond a niche market, find a related but larger market (similar to how Russell Brunson expanded with SOS.)
