Overall, I believe we need great stories that touch on a deep truth/moral in a human way. Different genres can then reveal that in unique ways.
What Would You Want to Ask a Tennis Player in an Interview??
Hi everyone, I am making a short, documentary about a tennis player and I have prepared the following questions for the actual interview. I'd appreciate your feedback, question suggestions, and tips for handling the interview a lot! 🎾 1. How long have you been playing tennis? How has your perspective on the sport changed since you began? 2. What's your favorite shot to play? 3. What's one thing tennis taught you about life? 4. How would you describe yourself in 3 words? And your game style? 5. What's the best and worst thing about the sport? 6. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 7. What is something you wish people understood about tennis as a sport? And about playing it? 8. At the end of your career, what would make you proud to look back on in terms of titles/trophies as well as private, personal wins? Thank you in advance!

🥳🥳🥳 Honestly, I want to have a stable financial income through something I’m passionate about (doesn’t have to be film but has to include one of my passions at least) that affords me both the time and money freedom for filmmaking.
What does filmmaking mean to YOU?
🎆 Storytelling shaped the world - from religions, myths to modern media. 🐯 But what does filmmaking mean to YOU? 🤖 Let us know what is so magical in your own words. 👽 Or just one word? 💯 Drop it in the comments To me, storytelling is capturing the aliveness of the world—preserving moments with loved ones and shaping them into images that not only reflect my life, but also spark the collective consciousness. I make films because I love life, and cinema keeps me dreaming, reflecting, and curious. 🐵 Can´t wait to hear yours! More inspiration here

@Jonas Marcel hmm, one that I believe seems fitting for two stories (one in South America in the 1800s I think & one in a British themed, futuristic world) is courage. The other two stories I have in mind both deal with the character having to overcome the fear of being seen in order to overcome the forces of evil. For those two, courage would also be a word but perhaps there’s a more fitting word that describes that kind of bravery. 🤔

@Jonas Marcel yes. Pumped for it! ⚡️ Yess, the lead struggles with being seen as herself since she's been hiding behind a mask for a long time to cover her identity...she's afraid that showing up as herself will also expose her weaknesses but the film then shows how that is the very weakness she needs to overcome. In the other, the lead is raised to a position of power but had never revealed her actual origin because her people are surrounded by their captors; however, events create an urgency to stand up for their longevity and she will have to reveal herself fully in the process.
